The long beaches of Senegal

As November soon is coming towards the end, Senegal comes closer to me week by week. At the end of December my toes will be curling in the warm sand again. I look forward to walking through the mangroves and the dunes to the beach. That feeling when you see the rolling ocean is always an incredible feeling for an inland person like me!

perfect for running in the morning, a lazy stroll in the afternoon, nothing is better for lowering your shoulders... and swimming, any time :-)
